Trees of Knowledge

Activity:  Students will be given some twig samples in order to discuss tree identification characteristics.  Students will then be taught about identification keys and will be given a sample or two to try to key out (identify) using a key I wrote for this exercise.  Finally, we will take a short walk (weather allowing) to observe, identify and discuss some of the living trees on campus.
