2008 will be the fourth year for our "Festival of Food and Wine", a charity event with the multiple purposes of:

• Supporting student scholarships within the Hospitality and Restaurant Administration Department
• Supporting the funding of our enology and viticulture program at our Mountain Grove campus, and
• Showcasing the efforts of both programs. 

Wine produced at the Missouri State Campus will be both served and auctioned for charity, along with premium vintages from private wineries donating to our cause.  The dinner will consist of five courses paired with fine wines. The meal will be prepared and served by our master chefs and students within the HRA program.   

It is a fantastic, intimate event, with live jazz, fine food and excellent wines.  $50 of each ticket sold counts as a tax-free contribution to charity.  Tickets may be purchased for $125 a plate, while tables of eight may be purchased for $800.
